The novel front maintenance module is used for installation and
disassembly, so that the novel front maintenance module has the
advantages of no damage to the module, easiness in operation and
capability of adjusting the suction force to an object when in use,
thereby overcoming the defects of the prior art. In order to solve
the technical problem, the novel LED front maintenance module
comprises a screw rod, a magnet mounting plate, a magnet, a
limiting isolation column and a positioning plate, wherein the
magnet is fixedly mounted on the magnet mounting plate; the magnet
mounting plate is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the
screw rod; the limiting isolation column is fixed on the
positioning plate; and the screw rod can rotate up and down
relative to the positioning plate and is connected with the
limiting isolation column. Furthermore, the upper end of the
limiting isolation column is provided with a limiting plate for
preventing the magnet mounting plate from moving upwards, and the
screw is rotatably connected with the limiting plate. A positioning
sleeve matched with the magnet is arranged on the positioning
plate. The upper end of the screw is provided with a five-star
handle for rotating the screw, and the bottom end of the screw is
provided with a screw baffle. The positioning plate is provided
with a limiting hole of which the diameter is smaller than that of
the magnet. By adopting the design, the utility model has the
advantages of no damage to the module, easy operation, adjustable
suction to objects, convenient carrying and safe use.
