Ⅲ. LED Soft Module Installation Precautions:
1. The operator must wear anti-static gloves when installing the
modules, and be careful when picking up the modules.
2. No violent knocking,slapping,tearing or bendingagain and again
of the modules.When gently plugging or
unplugging the power and signal cables,avoid using excessive force
to break the power and signal blocks and
damage the PcB circuitry.
3. Installation structure requirements: It is not recommended to
use galvanized iron square tubes,which not only
cannot guarantee the flatness of the whole screen module but also
can be easily damaged during the installation
process; it is recommended to use sheet metal structure cabinets
and carry out the powder coating processing
before installation.
4. No splashing water on the display body or modules, the display
should be kept away from air conditioners,
pools and otherequipmentor things,that may generate water
vapors,and the air conditioning vent facing the
display is strictly prohibited.
5. Do not use wet rags or hard objects to clean the dust on the
surface of the module, it is recommended to use
anti-static soft brushes for cleaning.
